St. Peters Area Man Charged With Child Porn Possession

Missouri Highway Patrol investigators reported finding child pornography on Pascal Bercker's computer.

A St. Charles County man is accused of taking part in a peer-to-peer network for child pornography.

Pascal Bercker, 56, of the first block of Four Winds Drive in St. Charles County near St. Peters, was charged Wednesday with child pornography possession.

Missouri Highway Patrol officers served a warrant at Bercker’s home and searched a desktop computer in his basement office, according to a court document. Bercker admitted to using a file-sharing network that deals in child pornography, a trooper wrote in the probable cause statement.
