St. Peters Fugitive to Appear on 'America's Most Wanted'

Bryan Swiney, 33, is wanted in St. Peters on charges of rape and sodomy stemming from a 2007 incident.

A fugitive from St. Peters will be featured on an upcoming episode of America’s Most Wanted.

Bryan Swiney, 33, is wanted on charges stemming from a 2007 incident. Swiney is accused of raping and sodomizing the 16-year-old sister of his best friend in July of ’07.

Swiney is described at 6-foot-1 and 180 pounds. He’s a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo of “SWINEY”on his back and was last seen in Livingston, Ill.

The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued warrants for Forcible Rape and Forcible Sodomy, but the St. Peters Police department has been unable to locate Swiney’s whereabouts. Swiney was on parole for an unrelated charge prior to the warrant being issued. The United States Marshals have been attempting to locate Swiney for his Parole Violation and the felony warrants through St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
