St. Peters Man Charged with Making Meth

Detectives found two active meth labs in his home on Wright Drive in St. Charles County.

A man was charged Friday with making methamphetamine in a County home.

Edward Corbett, 56, is charged with manufacturing meth. His address was listed in the first block of Mill Bridge Drive in .

The St. Charles County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant for the home in the 400 block of Wright Drive on Oct. 12. The home is in a pocket of unincorporated St. Charles County between Interstate 370 and Fox Hill Road.

According to a task force report, detectives found two “one-pot” meth labs, meth, meth ingredients and supplies to make and cook meth. Corbett’s fingerprint was on the meth lab equipment, detectives said in the report.

Bond was set at $30,000.
