What a nice guy. So glad he lives in St. Peters, MO with our amazing amount of hard core biker gangs so that he feels right at home. Why the hell does he live here if that's who he's going to be? Go live somewhere where you are not the neighborhood bully of suburbanites. Go live in the city and be tough where someelse will handle you.

And WHO is renting to this fool? He isn't on the personal property tax assesors database, so he is a renter! Thanks for putting these people in our area. Very considerate for those of us who try and maintain our homes around here.

Katie, Katie, Katie....There are plenty of homeowners that own bikes and don't become "jerks" in motel lobbies. Most people that live in "the city" don't become jerks either. Plenty of people pay personal property taxes who rent...they own cars, motorcycles, boats. They shop in stores; liquor stores, presumably as Mr Rossa probably did and eat at our restaurants. I don't think it's legal or anybody's business to ask a tenant or homeowner if they ever envision becoming a perv as a residency test to live in STP. Maybe there should be an IQ test instead? You surely, would have to move back to the city where someone else will handle you

John - I am not talking about home owners. This guy is not. I am not talking about bike riders, wild hogs - i'm all for it. I am not talking about "renters". I am talking about complete fools that belong to hell's angels that rent in our neighborhoods that are lewd, sex offenders, killers and drunks; which this man is. If you are his neighbor it IS your business if this man lives next door to your teenage daughter. If you don't make it your business you are unwise. If they ever want to sell their home, instead of being a landlord, they should consider the property values when you search the sex crimes base and the neigborhood has people like Robert Rossa in it. This will effect the value of the homes in the area. No, I don't believe he belongs in a nice residential neighborhood. He is a killer, a drunk, a non law abiding lewd acting criminal. If they can't keep him in jail, then he needs to go somewhere that is not in a family friendly residential neighborhood. My IQ is fine, thanks for asking and I am deeply concerned about your common sense. This is NOT OK. It is not OK for him to be our neighbor. Not near our children, not near our wives and mothers.

Thanks for the heads up. This man lives directly at the neighborhood bus stop. I have seen his Wireless Horizons trailer parked there. He is renting the house at the exact location where all of our children stand and wait for the bus every morning. That is terrifying. Katie

When you are so worried about the area maybe you should check for sex offenders around you and you will be surprised at what you find, which Rob is not listed and will not be considered one from this incident either if you look it up. The address given is what was on his liscense and should have never been released without confirmation of a physical address. And you have not seen a work trailor on the street there in a long time because it is me and my 3 children here so I think I would know. Lay off the address as if some pervert is in my home watching your children.

Pissed - I'm so thankful he won't be listed as a sex offender because this is obviously completely normal and nothing to be concerned about. I didn't list the address, the cops did. John - if you like him so much, you be his neighbor. I'm sure he's a swell guy. It's not judging, it's being aware of your surroundings. Again, bury your head John and I'm sure your neighborhood looks bright and shiny, no tarnish at all. Its not ignorance or paranoia, people who are convicted criminals that continually offend tend to escallate. Rarely do they majically stop and become upstanding citizens.
He is obviously still in the immediate area as this is less than a mile from the listed address so yes, he is still a problem for the area. He IS a perv, he is in the area and people should be wary of a criminal that is tied to their neighborhood. In order to prevent you from your continued slandering of God and good Christian churchgoing people I will tell you I do not go every Sunday and yet still feel no shame in calling out a criminal for what he is. My family also doesn't go masterbate in the local motel lobby and then expect everyone to think we are great neighbors. Guess there may be an in between status between that and the weekly Church going folks.

Just for starters I am not condoning what he did by any means what he did was way wrong but first off there are more than one wireless horizon truck and trailer in fact there is 14 mine is one of them second he had no charges like that till now so the background check things crap we make it a point to not hire felons when he's not drunk he's a whole different person well accredited in his work force and I can guarantee he is no threat to any kid

Brantz - I appreciate that you can say that you don't think he is a threat to any kids. Truly that was an honest concern (especially since his (what HE gives as his current address, though the person living in the house states he is not staying there currently) is literally the bus stop. We all try and protect out children. I would have thought his extensive arrest record would have shown up on a background check, but I really don't know anything about that actually. It's too bad his drinking seems to result in a seemingly "nice guy" turning into a man slaughtering, sex offending car thief. I hope he gets help. It seems for him it is a very big problem. I do appreciate your reassuance that you know him and he is not a threat to the kids. That feels scary when you don't know for sure. For your information, I did not just pick out a local trailer to pick on, he gave the police Brandywine for his current address. That narrows it down quite a bit as there are only 40 or so houses on brandywine and most of them are long time neighbors that everyone know eachother, and only one has the Wireless Horizon Trailer.

My "point," (the period comes BEFORE the closed quote) obviously eluded you. It has been my experience that those who are too lazy or stupid to check their spelling and GRAMMAR didn't care much about their education or how they would be perceived. And you fall in that category. Don't try to figure out why I lost, it'll make your brains hurt. And BTW, I ran for a seat on the Board of Aldermen--it's plural, 8 of them, men not man.
