A St. Peters man escaped injury following an early-morning crash on Friday.
Bryan D. Tysdal, 20, of St. Peters, was uninjured after being the third car in a three-car crash on Interstate 70 west of Mid Rivers Mall Drive that happened just before 6 a.m. The crash injured one, 33-year-old Florissant resident Alice D. Gleghorn.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Gleghorn was stopped in lane No. 1 because of a previous crash. A second vehicle, driven by Mario A. Reyna Martinez, 30, of St. Charles, pulled over to the left shoulder to help Gleghorn.
Tysdal attempted to slow for vehicles one and two, but lost of control of his 1988 Chevrolet Silverado. The passenger side of his vehicle struck the rear of Gleghorn's car. The front of Tysdal's vehicle struck the concrete media and the rear of Reyna Martinez's vehicle.
Gleghorn was transported to St. Joseph Hospital by St. Charles County Ambulance. She was listed as having minor injuries.
All three drivers were wearing safety devices in the crash.
