St. Peters Police Blotter: After Stealing Cell Phones, Man Attempts to Flee Police While Carrying 10-Month Old Baby
Also in the St. Peters crime report, an iPod and 36 polo shirts were stolen.
The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department.
• Incident No. 24353: Felony Stealing, Endangering the Welfare and Resisting, 1600 block of Jungermann Road. Four subjects were arrested after stealing approximately $500 worth of merchandise (mostly cell phones). When officers attempted to stop the subjects on the parking lot, one male subject fled. He jumped over a guard rail and gave up once he came to a fence. When he turned around, officers noticed the male suspect was carrying a 10 week old baby. The male suspect was placed under arrest, the infant was unharmed and released to his mother, and the stolen property was recovered.
• Incident No. 24325: Felony Stealing, 7600 block of Mexico Road. An unknown person(s) stole victim’s iPad from his unlocked vehicle.

• Incident No. 24269: Felony Stealing. 1 Mid Rivers Mall Drive. One male subject and one female subject entered the children’s clothing section of Macy’s and stole 36 kids polo shirts. The shirts were valued at approximately $1,350.
