St. Peters Police Blotter: Burglary, Stealing and More

The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department.

The following are selected reports from the from Aug. 7 to Aug. 13, 2011. 

  • Incident No. 19230: Property damage, 100 block of Green Forest Estates. A brick mailbox damaged by an unknown person. Estimated value of damage was $750.
  • Incident No. 19240: Stealing (felony), 200 block of Sugar Lake Drive. Air conditioning unit stolen by an unknown person over night.
  • Incident No. 19318: Property damage, 1000 block of Treeshade Drive. Unknown person damaged victim’s vehicle by unknown means.
  • Incident No. 19411: Burglary (residence), 1st block of Gold Run Drive. Unknown person burglarized residence during the day. No forced entry. No suspects at this time.
  • Incident No. 19423: Burglary (residence), 1000 block of Enwood Court. House was burglarized while residents were on vacation. Multiple suspects were arrested and released pending warrant application for Burglary 2nd, stealing and unlawful use of a credit device. One of the suspects was acquaintances with victim’s family member.
  • Incident No. 19439: Burglary (residence), 600 block of Donner Pass Drive. A $100 bill was missing from residence.  No forced entry and resident is unsure if it was stolen or it was lost/misplaced.
  • Incident No. 19554: Property damage, 1500 block of Surrey Lane. Victim’s vehicle was kicked by an unknown person at intersection, causing a dent. The white male suspect left the area on a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
  • Incident No. 19563: Property damage, 300 block of Trailview Avenue. Unknown person keyed victim’s vehicle. No suspect(s) at this time.
  • Incident No. 19746: Burglary (residence), 1st block of Riadosa Court. Unknown person stole tools from an unlocked shed behind residence.
  • Incident No. 19748: Burglary (residence), 100 block of Twelve Oaks Drive. House burglarized during the day. Suspect pried open front door, stealing numerous items from residence. Suspect, Justin Sherrard, was apprehended on Aug. 16, 2011 and charged by St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
  • Incident No. 19763: Stealing (felony), 100 block of Klondike Crossing. Numerous items stolen from business. Active investigation.
  • Incident No. 19769: Stealing (felony), 300 block of Costco Way. Unknown black females subjects stole more than $1,000 worth of clothing items from store.  Subjects were last seen leaving in a burgundy Pontiac Grand Prix with a temporary tag.
