St. Peters Police Blotter: Forged Checks and Damaged Light Post Edition

The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department.

The following are selected reports from the  for the week of Oct. 24 to Oct. 30.

  • Incident No. 26221: Stolen auto, first block of Mill Bridge Drive. Vehicle stolen from driveway with keys in the ignition and doors unlocked. Vehicle was later recovered several miles away, undamaged. No suspect(s) at this time.
  • Incident No. 26237: Property damage, 4700 block of I-70 Service Road. Seven vehicles damaged on parking lot. Unknown suspect(s), active investigation. 
  • Incident No. 26375: Property damage, first block of Novella. Unknown person attempted to pry open garage door, but no entry was made. Door lock and frame were damaged.
  • Incident No. 26436: Burglary (business), 7800 block of Mexico Road. Unknown person forced entry through rear door of business and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.  o suspect(s) at this time.
  • Incident No. 26438: Burglary (residential), 1500 block of Athens Drive. Acquaintance of victim allegedly stole electronics from house and pawned items. Charges have been filed at St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
  • Incident No. 26559: Property damage, first block of Garden View Drive. Victim’s vehicle was damaged when an unknown person scratched obscenities into the paint of the vehicle.  Active investigation.
  • Incident No. 26572: Forgery, 200 block of Salt Lick Road. Unknown person forged victim’s check at grocery stop. Checks were stolen in the O’Fallon area.
  • Incident No. 26608: Burglary (residential), 300 block of Lemonwood Drive. Numerous electronics and jewelry items stolen from residence. Suspect(s) possibly entered through an unlocked sliding glass door.
  • Incident No. 26671: Burglary (residential), first block of Burning Leaf Drive. Garage door forced open and various pieces of lawn equipment stolen. No suspect(s).
  • Incident No. 26741: Property damage, 100 block of Windler Court. St. Peters light post damaged by unknown and person and by unknown means.
  • Incident No. 26748: Stealing (felony), 900 block of Comstock Station. Jewelry stolen from residence. Active investigation.
  • Incident No. 26749: Property damage, first block of Shadow Ridge Drive. Vehicle window was damaged by unknown person and by unknown means.
