St. Peters Police Blotter: Intoxicated Man Slashes Tires in Restaurant Parking Lot

Also in the St. Peters crime report: Three juveniles steal items from an unlocked car.

The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department.

• Incident No. 24769: Felony stealing, 4800 block of Greenburg Drive. Numerous items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight. Three male juveniles were seen fleeing the scene by witnesses, but were not located during a search. Among the items taken were a Kindle and a purse. All items were later recovered in the neighbor's yard the next morning.

• Incident No. 24809: Property damage, 4000 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway. An intoxicated male subject was asked to leave a restaurant. While waiting in the parking lot for a ride, the male subject used a pocket knife and cut the tires on two vehicles. The suspect admitted to the property damage and said he did it because he was angry that he was asked to leave the restaurant. The suspect was arrested and charged with property damage.
