St. Peters Police Blotter: Stolen Tires and a Stolen Cell Phone Edition

The following are selected reports provided by the St. Peters Police Department.

The following are selected reports from the  from March 2012. 

• Incident No. 5244: Hate crime, 500 block of Salt Lick Road. A peace disturbance was caused inside of a business involving a manager, an employee and an employee's father. The father of the employee threatened manager with physical harm and used racial slurs during the verbal altercation. Warrant application has been made. 

• Incident No. 5251: Stealing, 3800 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway. An unknown person(s) stole a Samsung Galaxy Note cell phone, valued at $650 from cell phone store.

• Incident No. 5305: Stealing, 1300 block of Colby Drive. An unknown person(s) stole a GPS unit, video camera, DVD’s and a military duffle bag from unlocked vehicle overnight. No suspects at this time.

• Incident No. 5309: Fraud/stealing, 500 block of Jungermann Road. An unknown person used victim’s credit card at a local bar and hotel. Active investigation.

• Incident No. 5337: Stealing, 500 block of Turner Blvd. An unknown person stole four trailer tires from business parking lot. The tires were valued at $1,000.

• Incident No. 5348: Burglary, 100 block of Dew Court. The reporting party stated two unknown males attempted to break into her residence. No damage was done to home and no entry was gained.

• Incident No. 5349: Property damage/stealing, 200 block of Turnberry Place. An unknown person(s) damaged victim’s vehicle by flattening the tires (unknown if they were punctured) and pulled paneling away from center console and glove box. Suspect entered victim’s unlocked vehicle and stole a gym bag containing a laptop computer. No suspects at this time.

• Incident No. 5412: Property damage, 200 block of Laurelwood Drive. An unknown person struck victim’s mailbox in the evening and left the scene.  Damage valued at approximately $100.

• Incident No. 5465: Burglary, 1400 block of Ticonderoga Drive. Victim’s window on home was broken on home and alcohol was stolen. Victim was unwilling to prosecute due to suspect possibly being a family member.

• Incident No. 5525: Stealing, first block of Pilot Hill Drive. A mountain bike, valued at $1,000, was stolen from victim’s garage during a three week time frame. No suspects at this time.

• Incident No. 5749: Stealing, 100 block of Algana Court. Unknown person(s) cut lock off gate to business and stole 250 gallons of diesel gasoline (valued at approximately $1,000) and a trailer. 

• Incident No. 5781: Stealing, 1000 block of Sugar Creek Court. Victim’s reported money was missing from residence, totaling approximately $2,500.  No forced entry on apartment or witnesses or suspects.
