St. Peters Police Looking for Missing Developmentally Disabled Adult

Police said that Cara Ascencio, 21, left her residence after getting into an argument with a family member and has not been heard from since Jan. 31.

St. Peters Police are looking for a missing developmentally disabled adult female. 

Police said that Cara Ascencio, 21, left her residence after getting into an argument with a family member and has not been heard from since Jan. 31.  Police said Ascencio does not have a cell phone or access to any money or credit cards. Ascencio has a brain injury and other mental health issues which makes her mental capacity that of a 12 year old.  

Ascencio is identified as a white female, 5-foot-6, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a bright pink parka coat, blue jeans, knee-high black boots and a white purse.
