St. Peters Police Looking for Sexual Assault Suspect

A man, described as a 40-year-old 190-pound Hispanic man, is accused of forcefully sexually assaulting a female in the parking lot of Mr. Lucky's Restaurant.

St. Peters Police are looking for a man accused of sexually assaulting a female at Mr. Lucky's Restaurant on March 16.

Police said the male suspect was inside the restaurant at 3603 North St. Peters Parkway on March 16 and was removed by staff just after 10 p.m. complaints of lewd behavior.

Police said that following his removal from the restaurant, the man approached a female in the parking lot and forcefully sexually assaulted her. The victim did sustain minor injuries from the assault.

The suspect was described as:  

  • Hispanic male
  • Approximately 40 years old
  • Approximately 5-foot-6 or shorter
  • Approximately 190 lbs., stocky build
  • Dark hair, possibly receding hairline
  • “Goatee” facial hair

Mr. Lucky’s provided surveillance pictures of the suspect inside their establishment earlier in the evening. The St. Peters Police Department is asking for anyone with information about this suspect’s identity to contact Detective Atkins at 636-278-2244 ext. 3592 or 636-278-2222.
