St. Peters Police Search for Man Who Robbed Truman Bank

In the robbery Monday, the man handed the teller a note but did not display a weapon, and got away on foot with cash.

are looking for a man who robbed Truman Bank at about 3 p.m. Monday.

Truman Bank is at 3899 Veterans Memorial Parkway, at the intersection of Cave Springs Boulevard.

The suspect was described as a white man in his late 40s to early 50s, about 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 220 pounds, with gray hair and no facial hair.

He was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and a brown ball cap with yellow lettering.

The suspect handed the bank teller a note, but did not display a weapon. The teller complied with his demands and he left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash. The man was last seen fleeing on foot in the direction of Mexico Road and Cave Springs Boulevard. It is unknown if he continued on foot or fled in a vehicle.
