Wanted: Naked Man Who Exposed Himself to Teenage Girl at Library

St. Peters Police said a naked man approached a teenage girl on Tuesday afternoon at the Spencer Road Library.

St. Peters Police are looking for man who exposed himself to a teenage girl Tuesday afternoon. 

Police describe the suspect as a white male between 30- and 40-year-old. The man is said to have a large build and has dark hair and a goatee. Police said the man has tattoo of an Irish flag on his right upper arm with cursive writing above the flag.

The man was last seen driving a green Nissan Xterra, or similar model, with tan interior. Police provided a partial plate of "AEG."

According to a release from police, a witness reported to the St. Peters Police Department that he saw a completely naked man in his vehicle talking to a teenage girl at the Spencer Road Library. The witness told police the man was inappropriately touching himself. 

The teenage girl did not get in the vehicle and was seen walking away from the area.

The girl later contacted police and said the male suspect approached her as she was walking. The girl told police the man kept asking her if she needed a ride and wondered where she was going. The girl also confirmed to police that man was naked and inappropriately touching himself.
