St. Peters Restaurant Owner Pleads Guilty of Failure to File, Pay Taxes

Scott A. Chervitz pleaded guilty to two felony counts of failing to file and pay state and local taxes for Napoli Pizza in St. Peters.

A Ballwin, Mo., man has pleaded guilty to not paying taxes for his St. Peters-based restaurant.

Scott A. Chervitz pleaded guilty to two felony counts of failing to file and pay state and local taxes for Napoli Pizza in St. Peters. Chervitz has been placed on five years of supervised probation and was ordered to pay $46,207 in restitution. 

Chervitz's case was investigated by the Missouri Department of Revenue’s Criminal Tax Investigation Bureau.
