Winfield Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on Interstate 70 in St. Peters
The motorcyclist hit an object in the roadway and overturned.
A motorcyclist was injured following a crash on Interstate 70 in St. Peters on Saturday afternoon.
At 2:30 p.m. Anthony C Mooney, 56, of Winfield Mo., crashed his 2009 Harley Davidson Sportster. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash took place on eastbound Interstate 70 just west of Mid Rivers Mall Drive after Mooney struck an object in the roadway. After striking the object, Mooney's motorcycle overturned. There were no other vehicles involved in the crash.
Mooney was taken by St. Charles County ambulance to St. Joseph Health Center with minor injuires.
