Several local organizations will share ways that citizens can help ex-offenders and their families be successful citizens in the community.
You’ll hear from a man incarcerated 37 years and from a family member of an incarcerated individual.  You’ll learn about the role of the community in ensuring the successful re-entry of ex-offenders.
Have you ever wondered about prison ministry?  Representatives from these organizations will be on-hand to tell you about volunteer opportunities:  Project COPE, Kairos Outside, AWE (Alternatives with Education), The 180, Tri-County Citizens Advisory Board, MO Probation & Parole.  For more information, please contact Brenda Galloy, 636-219-6767
