Former Pennsylvania Senator and current Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum will make a "major address" focusing on jobs, the economy, and American competitiveness at in Cottleville, MO.
Santorum is the first of the 2012 hopefuls to visit Missouri.
The speech will take place at the Daniel J. Conoyer Social Sciences Building Auditorium.
