Current Board President Judy Bateman is all but assured to serve another term on the St. Peters Board of Aldermen.

Bateman, Ward 2, is running unopposed this year. Despite not having a challenger, Bateman responded to our request for information.

Where do you live? 8 Countryside Drive.

What is your current job/position?  Current Board President.

Why are you running for the Board of Aldermen? I am seeking re-election because I believe I can help move the city in the forward-thinking, outstanding quality of life we have experienced in the past— and to continue in the future.

I want a sound tax base and firm commitment to assure our residents that the top notch services will continue.

Relevant Experience: I have served 14 years in public service and have extensive experience in volunteering on several organizations and businesses in our county.

Please tell us about one goal you have for this position: My goals for the future will be to strive to attract strong businesses that will occupy our many vacant store fronts and to keep the residents updated on issues that impact their homes and community.
