The St. Peters Planning and Zoning Commission meets the first Wednesday of every month and for June that happens to be the first day of the month

At 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday night at the Justice Center, the Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct its June meeting. The agenda for the monthly meeting is fairly light—the commission will only have eight items to discuss and debate.

One item on the agenda, the only piece of old business, is a home occupation request for Under Cut Lawn Care. The item will look familiar to members of the Commission since it’s the third month in a row it has appeared on the agenda. Owner Kyle Schrader failed to show up at the April and May meetings.
