And the Winner is: Sharese Jones Tabbed as Athlete of the Week

Fan of Sharese Jones made sure she wouldn't lose a Patch contest two weeks in a row.

After losing to Lexie Moe, despite racking up 165,000 votes, Jones' supporters came out in large numbers this week. In our fan's choice for the poll, Jones racked up 36,614 of 37,522 votes to pick up first place.

• Jasmine Mathews—Troy Buchanan: 9 (0 percent)

• Paige Westbrook—: 16 (0 percent)

Total votes: 37,522

Jones, a senior for the Spartans, led Howell Central with 20.4 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. Sharese  as members of the 1,000 point club for Howell Central.
