Mitchell certainly closed the regular season in style. After winning back-to-back Patch Athlete of the Week awards, Mitchell didn't let up. In the final regular season game, Mitchell went off against Zumwalt West. Mitchell was again a workhouse for the Indians carrying the ball 30 times, racking up 226 yards in the process. He had three touchdowns (66, 47 and 21 yards) in the Indians' win.
