Join us for the St. Charles county Family YMCA Power Lifting Event, July 28th at the YMCA.

Being healthy means more than simply being physically active.  Sometimes it's about pushing yourself to the limits to reach new heights.  Sign up for the Strength and Power Games!  Compete in the Power Clean and Bench Press to showcase your abilities!  Ages 16 and up.  Registration deadline is July 20th.  For information contact Adam Rush, Fitness Director, 636-928-1928, ext. 244.
