Vote Now: Choose the Top Boys Basketball Player in the GAC

Show your school spirit by voting for your school's Patch Athlete of the Week!

At the end of the recent basketball season the GAC North and the GAC South named first-team all conference for boys and girls basketball. 

Ten players from the teams all around were chosen to be first-team all conference. We know want to know who you think is the best of the best. 

This week, we'll look at the boys.

The candidates are:

George Cater—: Cater led the Bulldogs in scoring with 13.8 points per game, including a team-high 65 made 3-pointers.

Chaz Glotta—: Glotta was the top scorer for North with an average of 19.3 points per contest. 

Josh Ross—: Ross scored a team-high 15.9 points per game and added a team-best 2.41 assists per game for the Lions.

Trevor Tune—: Tune scored 399 points to lead Duchese with 13.8 points per game. 

Luke Schroepfer—Washington: Schroepfer was the top scorer for Washington with 14.8 points per game. 

Ben Chaney—Troy Buchanan: Chaney averaged 12.2 points per outing for Troy. 

Derek Deters—Troy Buchanan: Deters was the main man for Troy with his 16.8 points and 5.41 assists per game. 

Kyle Lemons—: Lemons was the top scorer with 19.1 points per game while adding a team-best 5.7 rebounds a game. 

Nic Perkins—Francis Howell: Perkins scored 13.9 points per game and added 8.8 rebounds per game for Howell. 

Derrick Puni—Francis Howell Central: Puni averaged a double-double with 17.8 points per game and 11.6 rebounds per game for the Spartans.
