About 4,000 spaces will be available. Some 15,000 people are expected over the course of the weekend.
Free shuttle service will be available to and from parking areas inside and outside 370 Lakeside Park. Residents can buy a reserved parking pass at City Hall or at the Rec-Plex during business hours for $20 and $25 for non-residents. Passes are good for both days of the event.
