I called today at 12:00 PM to have a technician check our furnace. We needed our annual check and the furnace started making a loud noise when it started up. The technician, Mike R., wiped his feet prior to coming in, was wearing a Cisco uniform and driving a Cisco van. The office told me Mike was my tech before he came over. He checked the furnace, found what was making the noise and repaired the furnace. He answered some other questions I had and all he charged was the service fee for coming out. No huge upsell of other products. My AC/furnace is 17 years old and when I need a new one, I'm calling Cisco. Thanks Mike
