This family-owned business recently changed its name from Custom Cuts to the LookAfter Hair Company. The staff here keeps up with the latest styles and trends. I will never, ever use LookAfter Hair Company, or should I say Custom Cuts, Inc., for the rest of my life. The miserable and angry woman (Pam) that I had tonight was not only rough with the trimmers and myself, but when asked if there was a problem she got upset and in my face telling me that I was the person with a problem. I had to have another stylist finish my hair cut and then even later was offered no apology from the original person. This is the first time I've ever been treated like that and I think it even shocked the other customers present. Shame on Custom Cuts for hiring this person, you have lost a customer.
