A St. Charles County deputy said he found Anthony James Cissi carrying a stolen computer down a Harvester street May 8. He was placed on two years probation on May 6 for stealing.

Kevin Flatley, 49, of 400 block of Quiet Field Drive in St. Peters, was arrested and charged with second degree sexual misconduct by the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office issued on Thursday.
Melinda Tucker also has to make restitution to her former employer, Motor Vehicle Solutions of St. Peters.
St. Peters Police said a naked man approached a teenage girl on Tuesday afternoon at the Spencer Road Library. The man is still on the loose.
