A woman being treated at CentrePointe Hospital attacked a staff member Dec. 22, jumping on her and breaking her collarbone. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said the woman jumped on the staff member, pulling her hair and yelled, “I’m going to kill you, (expletive).” Patsha Ramsey, 18, of the 1600 block of Olive Street in the city of St. Louis, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault. The deputy said Ramsey wrapped her legs around the staff member’s upper body and it took several other hospital employees several minutes to get her off the staff member. Two men attacked a man, beating him with metal bars Tuesday in the Harvester area, said a St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy. Luke Feil, 19, whose last known address was in the 1700 block of Florine Road in St. Charles, and Anthony Ingracia Jr, 18, of the 1300 block of Drummond Court in Harvester, were charged Wednesday with second-degree assault. Deputies said Feil and Ingracia entered a home in the 3400 block of Huntington Lane in Harvester intending to assault the man. The men ran at the victim, punched and kicked him and knocked him down, according to court documents. Both men picked up metal bars and struck the man, injuring him, according to the deputy's report.
