MoDOT will open the new bridge that will open up the access from the outer roads to Central School Road over the new Route 364.
MoDOT keeps bringing good news to St. Peters and St. Charles County drivers. After Thursday's announcement that the second phase of the Route 364 project extending the road from Jungermann Road to Mid Rivers Mall Drive would open at the end August, the Missouri Department of Transportation let it be known that Central School Road over Route 364 will open at the end of July. Plans are to open the interchange to traffic sometime midday on Tuesday, July 31. The Cental School Road interchange has been under construction for the last year and, as the work was winding down, MoDOT limited access to the road. A temporary bypass allowing access to Central School Road will close June 11 forcing motorists traveling on eastbound Route 94 will have to proceed to Jungermann Road to turn around and go west to access Central School Road.
Access to Central School Road from eastbound Route 94 will shutdown next week. As part of the continuing Route 364 project, drivers won't be able to access Central School Road from eastbound Route 94 starting on June 11. Access should be closed until late July. Missouri Department of Transportation crews are shutting down the access to complete the construction of a new interchange at Central School Road and the new Route 364. Once the work is completed, another checkpoint will have been reached in the Route 364 project, as MoDOT is working to connect Route 364 from Jungernmann Road to Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters. The Missouri Department of Transportation will close the Central School Road crossover at Route 364 tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 2, as long as the weather holds up. Traffic will no longer use the crossover to access the north and south outer roads. Crews will open the new U-turn bypass from the south outer road to access the north outer road, just east of the existing Central School Road. Southbound Central School Road traffic will access the south outer road using Kisker Road. This work is part of the second phase of the Route 364 project between Harvester Road and Mid Rivers Mall Drive.

As part of the Route 364 Project, the Missouri Department of transportation will have a traffic shift Friday, Aug. 5, 2011.
A traffic shift in two locations on Route 94 will take place on Friday, Aug. 5. as part of the Route 364 project. The Missouri Department of Transportation said the shifts will take place between the morning and evening rush periods. Traffic on Central School Road north of Route 94 will be placed on newly constructed concrete on the west side of Central School Road. One lane in each direction will be able to get through between Route 94 and St. Peters Howell Road. Traffic at the intersection at Route 94 will remain the same.
