St. Peters Police Searching for Unidentified Suspects Using Counterfeit Money

St. Peters and O'Fallon police are looking for three people who they believe have used fake $100 bills at Walgreens stores in the area.

St. Peters Police and the O'Fallon Police Department are looking for three suspects accused of passing counterfeit bills at numerous Walgreens stores in the area.  St. Peters Police received calls from two Walgreens stores about counterfeit $100 bills being passed on Jan. 4. In both instances, the male suspects purchased approximately $200 worth of items and with the counterfeit money. Later the female suspect would return to the store, return the items, and receive money back.  At this time, St. Peters Police believe the suspects are involved in six incidences at various Walgreens stores in the St. Charles area.
