According to a report on KMOV.com, Christine Marie Brown was charged with two counts of first-degree manslaughter after an April 13 crash killed two elderly people.
A St. Peters woman involved in a fatal car crash last month is now facing additional charges. A woman who caused an accident on Willott Road in St. Peters, killing two elderly people April 13, told police she had injected heroin before the accident. Christine Marie Brown, 42, of the first block of Debbie Drive in St. Peters, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Nicholas P. Custer was seriously injured after his car slid on the ice Monday evening.
A St. Peters man was seriously injured after losing control of his car on the icy road late Monday. Nicholas P. Custer, 23, of St. Peters, was heading eastbound on Missouri Route 94 at Highway 364 just before 10 p.m. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Custer lost control of his 2003 Chevrolet Silverado on the ice-covered road. He traveled over the cement bridge wall and went airborne, eventually landing in the westbound lanes of 364. Custer, who wasn't wearing a safety device, was transported to Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur. The Highway Patrol lists his condition as serious.

St. Peters Police said Shannon Stone was driving under the influence of benzodiazepines, synthetic marijuana and opiates.
A woman driving under the influence of drugs passed out and her car overturned and struck a tree with both her children inside, according to St. Peters Police. Shannon Stone, 32, of the 300 block of Windsor Place in St. Peters, was charged March 5 with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. St. Peters Police said she had been driving erratically when she passed out on Willot Road near Carrington July 10. Police said blood tests showed she had benzodiazepines, opiates and cannabinoids--or synthetic marijuana--in her system. Man told St. Peters Police he's homeless and addicted to meth after being charged with manufacturing a controlled substance. Police say he hid two portable meth labs near a dumpster following a car crash on Mid Rivers Mall Drive.
A man in an auto accident on Mid Rivers Mall Drive tried to hide two meth labs in his car near a dumpster, according to St. Peters Police. Edmond Andersen, 43, whose last known address was in the 2300 block of Kingsford Drive in North St. Louis County, was charged Monday with manufacturing a controlled substance. St. Peters Police said witnesses saw Andersen run from the scene with two backpacks and attempted to hide them in a nearby dumpster. He then returned to the scene of the accident near Mid Rivers Mall. Officers found the backpacks, which they said contained two one-pot meth labs and chemicals needed to make methamphetamine. The motorcyclist hit an object in the roadway and overturned.
A motorcyclist was injured following a crash on Interstate 70 in St. Peters on Saturday afternoon. At 2:30 p.m. Anthony C Mooney, 56, of Winfield Mo., crashed his 2009 Harley Davidson Sportster. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash took place on eastbound Interstate 70 just west of Mid Rivers Mall Drive after Mooney struck an object in the roadway. After striking the object, Mooney's motorcycle overturned. There were no other vehicles involved in the crash. Mooney was taken by St. Charles County ambulance to St. Joseph Health Center with minor injuires. The motorcycle was extensively damaged in the crash.

A St. Peters man was unharmed despite sustaining extensive damage to his vehicle in a multi-car crash Tuesday afternoon. Robert J. Deterding, 62, was involved in a two-vehicle collision on East Terra Lan just east of T.R. Hughes Blvd. in St. Charles County just after 3:30 p.m. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Wentzville resident Ivan Mickens, 42, was stopped on the road attempting to make a left turn. Deterding, in his 2001 Dodge Ram, struck the rear of Mickens' 2004 Kia Optima. The impact of the crash totaled out Micken's car and sent him to seek medical attention. St. Charles County Ambulance took Mickens to St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles. The crash reports lists his injuries as minor. Deterding's truck was …

Emily Webb, 24, lost control of her car and traveled into a ditch early Saturday morning.
A St. Peters woman is in serious condition after a one-vehicle crash early Saturday morning. Emily Webb, 24, was driving eastbound on Highway 50 and Northwest 250 road in Johnson County at 2:28 a.m. when the crash occurred. According to the crash report, Webb failed to negotiate a curve and travelled off the right side of the roadway. She struck a ditch, several trees, and overturned several times before finally coming to rest in a field. Webb was transported by EMS to research Medical Center in Kansas City and is listed in serious condition. She was wearing a safety device in the crash. Following the crash, Webb was arrested and charged by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. An investigation is still ongoing.

A truck driver was killed Wednesday afternoon in a one-vehicle crash near St. Peters on the Salt River Road entrance ramp heading to northbound Highway 79. The crash took place just after 3 p.m. on Wednesday. The driver, 58-year-old Arthur Johnson, of Louisiana, Mo., was pronounced dead by a St. Charles County Ambulance medic at 3:16 p.m. According to the crash report, Johnson lost control of his 2011 Peterbilt Tractor on the entrance ramp. The truck ran off the road and overturned, coming to a rest on the passenger side. Johnson was wearing his seat belt in the crash. No other vehicles were involved.
