For our second St. Charles County Patch Chowdown Showdown, we asked readers where they find the best lattes in the county. There were four city of St. Charles restaurants that garnered votes: Picasso's, 2nd Street Bike Shop, Crooked Tree Coffee Shop and The Bridge at New Town.
