Suspected Heroin Dealer in St. Peters Busted by Undercover Officer

A St. Charles County Drug Task Force detective said he bought heroin from the man three times in less than two weeks.

A St. Charles County man was charged Tuesday with selling heroin to an undercover officer in St. Peters. Detectives from the St. Charles County Drug Task Force said Kyle Carr, 20, of the 800 block of Natchez Drive just south of St. Peters, sold heroin to an undercover officer three times: Bond was set at $50,000 cash only.
