A St. Charles County teenager faces a criminal drug charge for growing marijuana in his home after the St. Charles County Drug Task Force searched his home Monday. Adam C. Flood, 17, of the first block of Charlotteridge Court in St. Charles County south of St. Peters, was charged Tuesday with intent to distribute a controlled substance and illegal use of drug paraphernalia. Drug Task Force detectives said they found six marijuana plants growing in Flood’s bedroom and an upstairs room, along with grow lights and other cultivating material.
