St. Peters Man Faces Drug Charges For 15-Pound Marijuana Shipment, Police Say

St. Charles County Drug Task Force members said they also found heroin in the Joseph Zair-Hanks.

A St. Peters man faces drug charges after a package containing 15 pounds of marijuana was shipped to his home. Joseph Zair-Hanks, 21, of the 1800 block Peach Street in St. Peters, was charged  Tuesday with distributing a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance, and possessing drug-related items. Previously, Zair-Hanks’ girlfriend, Alana Howell, was charged for receiving the marijuana shipment in the 3900 block of Jaq-Mar Court in St. Peters. St. Charles County Drug Task Force members said a package from a known drug dealer in California, Cody Batchelor, was sent to the home. Man Charged With Selling Cocaine to Undercover Officer

The man was on probation on a drug-related charge in Jefferson County, according to court documents.

A St. Louis County man sold cocaine three times to an undercover officer in St. Peters, according to a St. Charles County Drug Task Force report. Daniel Flores, 22, of the 10400 block of Boylston Court in Overland, was charged Monday with three counts of distributing a controlled substance. A Drug Task Force detective reported that Flores sold him cocaine on Feb. 22 and Feb. 29 at 3889 Mexico Road in St. Peters. On March 28, the detective arranged to have Flores sell him cocaine near Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital. When Flores arrived, a St. Peters police officer arrested him and found cocaine in his car, according to the report. Woman Indicted for Selling Meth, Drug Possession

A St. Charles County Drug Task Force investigation found a stash of drugs in the woman's floor vent several months after she sold meth to an undercover officer.

A O’Fallon woman was indicted by a St. Charles County grand jury Friday on eight drug charges. The woman, Lisa Ann Ray, 44, was indicted on two counts of distributing a controlled substance, five counts of possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug-related items. St. Charles County Drug Task Force detectives said Ray sold methamphetamine to an undercover officer June 7, 2012, at 281 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters. Detectives searched her home in the first block of Green Tree Lane in O’Fallon Sept. 11 and said they found several items hidden in a bag inside a floor vent. Harvester Man Arranged Heroin Sale, Police Say

Police said the defendant told them he's a criminal "and that's all I'll be."

A St. Charles County man faces drug charges after detectives said he sold heroin to an undercover officer in August 2010. The man was not charged with the crime until two weeks ago. Jeramie Conner, 23, of the 3700 block of Nottingham Court in the Harvester area, was charged Nov. 13 with distributing a controlled substance. A St. Charles County Drug Task Force detective said he met with Conner and another man, Kierston Miller, to buy heroin from Conner. He met the two in a Time Centre Apartments parking lot in St. Peters. The detective sat in the back seat, with Conner in the front passenger seat and Miller in the driver’s seat. Drug Task Force Finds Eight Pounds of Marijuana in Woman's Home

Detectives said they also found drug sale ledgers, $3,300 in cash, and items used to sell marijuana in the home.

St. Charles County Drug Task Force detectives found more than 8 pounds of marijuana in a woman’s home in St. Peters Tuesday. Angela Marie Miller, 32, of the 1400 block of Sandra Elaine Drive in St. Peters, was charged Wednesday with distributing a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug-related items. Drug Task Force detectives served a search warrant on Miller’s home Tuesday and found 8 pounds and 7.5 ounces of marijuana in her bedroom closet. According to the report, most of the marijuana was in large, heat-sealed plastic bags, but several bags were being condensed into smaller bags for sale. St. Peters Man Sold 'Mushroom' Drug to Undercover Officer

The man sold psilocyn to a detective in July, according to a St. Charles County Drug Task Force report.

A St. Peters man was arrested after selling a psychedelic mushroom drug to an undercover officer, according to a St. Charles County Drug Task Force report. Adam Lenox, 19, of the first block of Gateswood Drive in St. Peters, was charged Oct. 18 with distributing a controlled substance. An undercover officer reported that Lenox sold him 8.1 grams of psilocin on July 30 near the intersection of Oxbow and Country Hill roads in St. Peters.
