A St. Peters man faces criminal charges after police said he attacked his girlfriend and his father. Frederick Peiffer III, 28, of the 1100 block of Athena Way in St. Peters, was charged Sept. 16 with third-degree domestic assault and third-degree assault. St. Peters Police said Peiffer choked his girlfriend and pushed her head against a car window, leaving her with a sore neck. He also threatened to cut his girlfriend’s throat and cut her into pieces, according the police report. Police said witnesses also saw Peiffer punching and kicking her father in the face and legs. A 17-year-old assaulted his entire immediate family Aug. 28, according to St. Charles County Sheriff's deputy. Patrick Craven, 17, of Fox Drive in unincorporated St. Charles County west of St. Peters, was charged Aug. 29 with three counts of third-degree domestic assault. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said Craven was the primary physical aggressor in the assault. According to the deputy’s report, Craven tackled his father and the two crashed through a wooden door. Craven struck his father in the face several times. A St. Peters teenager was charged with hitting his mother in the nose, giving her a nose bleed, and pushing her into a table and chairs Wednesday. Cody Friedman, 17, of Twin Fawns Court in St. Peters, was charged Thursday with third-degree domestic assault. St. Peters Police said Friedman argued with his mother and struck her in the nose with a pair of shoes, giving her a bloody nose. He also pushed her into a table and chairs, slightly injuring her arm. In a statement, his mother also said Friedman began throwing popcorn and soda on the floor, put a hole in the wall with a hairbrush, kicked a hole in a closet door and broke a cooler. A man was charged with pushing, hitting and kicking his mother Friday in St. Peters. Tyson M. Scott, 34, of the first block of Barkwood Trail in St. Peters, was charged Friday with third-degree domestic assault. St. Peters Police said Scott knocked his mother out of her chair and punched and kicked her in the body and head. The woman went to the hospital for her injuries, police said in a report. A St. Charles County man faces criminal charges after police said he tackled his girlfriend, causing her to hit her head and put a football-sized hole in the living room wall. A sheriff’s deputy report also said he strangled and punched the woman. David Flaiz, 32, of the first block of Milky Way Drive in St. Charles County south of St. Peters, was charged with second-degree domestic assault. A St. Charles County man was charged with beating and biting a woman Aug. 14 at his home. Daniel A. Constantinou, 26, of the 4500 block of Cambrook Drive in unicorporated St. Charles County near St. Peters, was charged Wednesday with third-degree domestic assault. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy wrote in a report that Constantinou “pulled the victim to the ground by the hair and punched her in the face several times.” He also kicked her in the face, stomach and back and bit her on the shoulder, according to the report. They deputy also said that Constantinou called the woman and said he would “kill her if she seeks prosecution.” Constantinou and the woman have two children together. Bond was set at $15,000.

A St. Charles County man arguing with his wife, after stopping along Interstate 70 on a drive home, slammed her face into the car, breaking her nose, police said. Derrick Scarbrough, 41, of the 1400 block of Summergate Parkway in St. Charles County near St. Peters, was charged Saturday in St. Louis County Circuit Court with second degree domestic assault. Normandy Police Chief Frank Mininni said Scarbrough and his wife were riding home with others from a party in Baden and began arguing. A St. Peters man faces criminal charges of throwing his girlfriend to the ground and dragging her by her arms Aug. 4 after she pounded his vehicle with her high-heeled shoe, St. Peters Police said. Carlos Jaime Flores, of the 3000 block of Plum Creek Drive in St. Peters, was charged Aug. 6 with third-degree domestic assault. Flores told St. Peters Police he wanted his girlfriend to stop hitting his car, so he grabbed her by the throat, threw her to the ground and dragged her into the house, according to the police report. A St. Peters man was charged Friday with choking two people. John V. Davis II, 38, of the 3000 block of Valley Vista Drive South in St. Peters, faces a second-degree domestic assault and third-degree assault charges. St. Peters Police said Davis was drunk and the reason for the assault in the man's home was unknown. Police said in a report that he choked and punched both victims. He also pulled an earring out of one victim’s ear, tearing her ear lobe. Both victims required medical treatment. One had a torn ear lobe and red marks on her face, neck, chest and arms.
