Mid Rivers Schnucks Hit By Debit, Credit Card Security Breach

Schnuck says approximately 2.4 million credit and debit cards used at 79 stores may have been compromised. The Mid Rivers Schnucks was one of the stores that was hit.

The Mid Rivers Schnucks in St. Peters was named as of 79 stores impacted by a recent plague of credit card theft.  Schnucks released its list of St. Louis area stores that were impacted by the recent security breach on Monday morning. Several St. Charles County stores, including the Mid Rivers Schnucks. In St. Charles County, the stores hit were: Schnucks says approximately 2.4 million credit and debit cards used at 79 may have been compromised between December and March. The company also says the card number and expiration date may have been accessed, but not the cardholder’s name or address. Schnucks Releases List of Stores Impacted by Debit, Credit Card Security Breach

Schnuck says approximately 2.4 million credit and debit cards used at 79 stores may have been compromised. Check out the list of stores and the latest on the security breach investigation.

Monday morning, Schnucks released its list of St. Louis area stores that were impacted by the recent security breach. As a result of that breach, Schnucks customers across the St. Louis area have found fraudulent charges on their debit and cards. The Schnucks stores on the list (which can be found in the PDF portion of this article along with a timeline issued by Schnucks) are located in a number of Patches throughout St. Louis, St. Charles and surrounding counties. Three Men Caught at Mid Rivers Mall with Cloned Credit Cards

St. Peters Police say the men were using cards with stolen numbers to purchase merchandise.

St. Peters Police  arrested three Florida men at Mid Rivers Mall Sept. 14 for using cloned credit cards, purchasing diamond rings and a $900 purchase attempt at Victoria's Secret. Police said the three Miami, Fla., residents were using cloned credit cards—cards with the suspects name but with numbers from previously stolen cards—to shop at the mall. All three suspects were arrested and charged through St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.   The three men are: Police said JC Penney security became suspicious when one man had five declined credit card transactions. They found the men in Victoria's Secret, where Rodriguez was attempting to make a $922 purchase with a cloned credit card, according to court documents. The actual …

St. Peters Resident Randall Stuckey Ordered to Pay $250,000 Penalty to Settle Fraud Lawsuit

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced a judgment imposing a $250,000 civil monetary penalty against defendants Randall L. Stuckey and his Missouri-based business entities for forex fraud.

Randall L. Stuckey's legal troubles keep mounting. In February of 2011 the St. Peters resident was sentenced to 36 months in prison for defrauding more than 50 clients who invested more than $2.2 million dollars with him between 2007 and July 2010 by the United States Attorney's Office. Later that month, the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed an antifraud civil lawsuit to the tune of $2.8 million. Using much of the same facts that sent Stuckey to prison, a decision on the lawsuit was made on July 11 by judge Carol E. Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. St. Charles County Business Owners Indicted for Fraud, Stealing

St. Peters witnesses expected to testify in US Fidelis case.

Darain and Cory Atkinson, owners of the now-defunct US Fidelis, were arraigned today on charges of stealing, insurance fraud and unlawful merchandising practices in St. Charles County Circuit Court. US Fidelis was headquartered in Wentzville, in what used to be Belz Factory Outlet Mall. The grand jury handed down the indictment Friday afternoon, Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster said at a press conference.  Bond was set at $250,000, with 10-percent surety. Koster had asked for $250,000, cash only. Both Atkinson brothers were also required to relinquish their passports. Darain Atkinson, 46, faces 14 charges. If convicted on the highest count of the indictment, Koster said, he faces life in prison. Cory Atkinson, 41, faces 13 charges. …

CFTC Charges Stuckey With $2.8 Million Forex Fraud

St. Peters resident Randall Stuckey is charged with soliciting at least $2.8 Million from customers in foreign currency futures fraud.

The United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed an antifraud civil lawsuit against St. Peters resident Randall Lynn Stuckey.  Stuckey, who earlier this month was sentenced to 36 months in prison for defrauding more than 50 clients who invested more than $2.2 million dollars with him between 2007 and July 2010, now faces a civil suit. The CFTC filed a lawsuit against Stuckey and his Missouri-based business entities, Stuckey Group, L.P.,Stuckey Group II, L.P. and Oakwood Development Company L.P. (collectively, the Stuckey Common Enterprise) with operating an illegal off-exchange foreign currency (forex) scheme that defrauded more than 65 customers out of at least $2.8 million.
