Man Convicted of Assaulting Cop Now Charged With Burglary Near St. Peters

A St. Charles County Sheriff's deputy said Damarco Allah stole an Xbox from a St. Charles County home.

A Harvester area man is accused of burglarizing a St. Charles County home in October. Damarco A. Allah, 19, of the 1400 block of Park Ashwood Court in the Harvester area, was charged April 2 with second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said Allah entered a home in the first block of Fern Drive in St. Charles County Oct. 25 and stole an Xbox 360 game console. The deputy reported that Allah sold the gaming system for $20. Allah is being held in St. Charles County jail. Bail was set at $25,000. He had pleaded guilty July 9 to two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer, two counts of resisting arrest and one count of first-degree trespassing. Harvester Man Arranged Heroin Sale, Police Say

Police said the defendant told them he's a criminal "and that's all I'll be."

A St. Charles County man faces drug charges after detectives said he sold heroin to an undercover officer in August 2010. The man was not charged with the crime until two weeks ago. Jeramie Conner, 23, of the 3700 block of Nottingham Court in the Harvester area, was charged Nov. 13 with distributing a controlled substance. A St. Charles County Drug Task Force detective said he met with Conner and another man, Kierston Miller, to buy heroin from Conner. He met the two in a Time Centre Apartments parking lot in St. Peters. The detective sat in the back seat, with Conner in the front passenger seat and Miller in the driver’s seat. Two Men Beat Victim With Metal Bars, Deputy Says

The men planned Tuesday's attack on the man in his Harvester home, deputies said.

Two men attacked a man, beating him with metal bars Tuesday in the Harvester area, said a St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy. Luke Feil, 19, whose last known address was in the 1700 block of Florine Road in St. Charles, and Anthony Ingracia Jr, 18, of the 1300 block of Drummond Court in Harvester, were charged Wednesday with second-degree assault. Deputies said Feil and Ingracia entered a home in the 3400 block of Huntington Lane in Harvester intending to assault the man. The men ran at the victim, punched and kicked him and knocked him down, according to court documents. Both men picked up metal bars and struck the man, injuring him, according to the deputy's report. Man Burgled Four Homes in Harvester Area, Deputy Says

Police said the man, who stole from cars parked in attached garages, came face-to-face with one homeowner in the midst of a burglary.

A Harvester man faces criminal charges after police said he entered four homes in the Harvester area on Sept. 19 and Sept. 20. Cory D. Blessing, 21, of the 3300 block of Hampton Crossing in the Harvester area, was charged with four counts of first-degree burglary. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said in a report that Blessing entered an attached garage in the 1300 block of Mason Grove on Sept. 19 and stole a Garmin GPS system from a vehicle. The homeowner came into the garage, interrupted the burglary in progress and came face-to-face with Blessing, the deputy reported. The same day, he entered an attached garage at home in the 3600 block of Summit Drive and stole sunglasses valued at $150. The deputy reported that Blessing stole $3.…

Ex-Foster Parent for St. Charles County Charged with Child Abuse

Child suffered multiple broken bones, skull fracture and brain injuries as an infant in 2009.

A former St. Charles County foster parent has been charged with two counts each of child abuse and assault. A statement from the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s office reads that Terri Cronin, 48, of St. Charles, “knowingly inflicted cruel and inhuman punishment” on a child who was six weeks and 11 weeks old at the time. A court document reads that on April 12, 2009, Cronin caused a spiral fracture to Shakur Casanova Knight’s arm. He was six weeks old at the time. Cronin told police the injury occurred when she slipped while carrying the baby down some steps in her home in the 3600 block of Meadowsglen Court in the Harvester area.
