St. Peters Man Charged With Stealing After Taking Credit Cards from YMCA Locker
The man, Nicholas Lindsay was arrested for stealing from two lockers at the YMCA in March.
A trip to a restaurant ended up in an arrest for a St. Peters man. After weeks avoiding St. Peters Police, 26-year-old Nicholas Lindsay, of the 10th block of Spencer Valley, was charged with felony stealing and three other charges after police arrested him at El Agave restaurant. According to police, Lindsay stole items out of two lockers at the St. Charles County YMCA in St. Peters. Police said that on March 27, 2012, Lindsay used a guest pass to gain access to the YMCA and took two wallets from two lockers. One wallet contained $21 in cash, the other, however had several credit cards. Police said Lindsay admitted to using the cards to make purchases a Kay Jewelers, Champs and The Buckle with the credit cards. The total of the purchased …
