A man was indicted Friday by a St. Charles County grand jury on three counts of statutory sodomy for having sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl. St. Charles Police said Thomas Louis Watkins, 30, of the 4100 block of Chisholm Trail in St. Charles County near St. Peters, had sexual contact with the girl on three occasions between February 2008 and November 2008. The contact occurred while he was watching a pornographic video in a St. Charles home. He is being held in St. Charles County jail on a $75,000, cash-only bond. A St. Charles County man faces criminal charges after police said he had sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl, according to court documents. Thomas Louis Watkins, 30, of the 4100 block of Chisholm Trail in St. Charles County just east of St. Peters, was charged Tuesday with three counts of first-degree statutory sodomy. St. Charles Police said Watkins was babysitting children for a family between February 2008 and November 2008 and had sexual contact with the girl on three occasions. Watkins admitted to police that he watched a pornographic video during the sexual contact.
