A 16-year-old has been certified to stand trial as an adult after being accused of putting a gun to another person’s head during a marijuana deal and robbing them in St. Peters Feb. 25. Lawrence Fitzgerald III, 16, of the 1500 block of Dartmouth Drive in St. Charles, was charged March 19 with first-degree robbery and conspiracy to distributing marijuana. When a man entered her car to buy the pot, the woman's friend put a gun to his head and took his cash, according to court documents.
A woman faces criminal charges after her friends robbed a person during a marijuana deal Monday. Alayna Evans, 18, of the 1200 block of Poseidon Court in St. Peters, was charged Tuesday with first-degree robbery and conspiracy to distribute marijuana. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department investigator said the victim contacted Evans about buying marijuana, and she set up a purchase in the 500 block of Crown Passage Drive in St. Peters. Evans drove three other people to the person’s home and the person got in the vehicle to make the transaction. A man robbed a woman by holding a knife to her throat, threatening to kill her and burn down her house Nov. 4 in the 900 block of North Second Street, St. Charles Police said. The man, John R. Walker, 42, stole a large amount of coins, the woman’s cell phone and her purse, police said. Walker had worked for the woman around her St. Charles home for about a week while staying at her house, according to the police report. The woman located him shortly afterwards at Phillips 66, 2240 North Third Street, using the stolen coins to buy liquor. She called police, who arrested him a short time later. Joseph French, 18, of St. Peters, was arrested for robbery.
Three residents of a home in the 400 block of Wilson Street in Wentzville were robbed Monday after an overnight houseguest ushered two suspects into the home. Joseph S. French, 18, of Elm Court in St. Peters, had been a guest in the house overnight. The victims of the robbery reported to police that French had met two additional suspects at the door and French directed them to the basement. The two other suspects displayed a silver pistol to the three reisdents and demanded money. A man faces criminal charges for robbing the Check-N-Go in St Peters on May 5. The man also has been charged or is a suspect in several St. Louis County robberies. St. Peters Police are looking for a man who robbed a US Bank Wednesday afternoon. A man entered the US Bank located inside of Schnucks Supermarket at 577 Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Police say the man passed a note to the teller demanding money and implying he was armed with a gun. The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of case and the man fled the store on foot. The subject was described as: The incident happened just after 3 p.m. on Wednesday. A St. Peters woman who stole lottery tickets and money from a St. Peters gas station early Tuesday morning has been formerly charged. Helen Denson, 41, of St. Peters, has been charged with Robbery 1st, Armed Criminal Action and Resisting Arrest. Bond has been set at $100,000 and she will be transferred to St. Charles County Jail. St. Peters Police accuse of Denson of entering the BP gas station at 150 Salt Lick Road around 2:30 a.m. early Tuesday. According to police, Denson had a gray scarf covered her face and displayed a rifle to the female clerk. Police say Denson demanded money and lottery tickets. Three teenagers were charged Friday with robbing and assaulting another teen who came to sell them marijuana at Golden Gate Parkway and West Meyer Road in Wentzville Wednesday. Charged with two counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of armed criminal action were: Megan Lunte, 17, of O’Fallon, was charged Friday with tampering with evidence in connection with the robbery. Wentzville Police said that the victim called Robles-LaFontaine and asked him if he wanted to buy marijuana. Robles-LaFontaine was with Sutton and Massey, who blamed the victim for getting them arrested in an earlier drug bust because he did not claim his drugs, police said.
