Man Hits Woman Twice With Shoe, Threatens to Beat Her 'Up and Down Street'

Police said the man also took a handgun from her bedroom and threatened to kill her.

A St. Peters man hit a woman twice in the face with a shoe Nov. 5 and threatened to beat the woman “up and down the street until she was black and blue,” police said. St. Peters Police said Brandon Beseda, 24, of the 2200 block of Bay Tree Drive in St. Peters, also threatened to kill the woman and took a handgun from her bedroom. Prosecutors charged BesedaTuesday in St. Charles County Circuit Court with third-degree domestic assault. The woman said Beseda has assaulted her in the past, and she had to leave her residence due to the violence and anger. Man Throws Down, Drags Girlfriend After She Pounds Car with High Heels

The man was charged with third-degree domestic assault; the woman had abrasions on her knees and feet from being dragged, police said.

A St. Peters man faces criminal charges of throwing his girlfriend to the ground and dragging her by her arms Aug. 4 after she pounded his vehicle with her high-heeled shoe, St. Peters Police said. Carlos Jaime Flores, of the 3000 block of Plum Creek Drive in St. Peters, was charged Aug. 6 with third-degree domestic assault. Flores told St. Peters Police he wanted his girlfriend to stop hitting his car, so he grabbed her by the throat, threw her to the ground and dragged her into the house, according to the police report. The woman had scrapes and cuts on her knees and feet from being dragged, police said in the report. Bond was set at $5,000.
