A 20-year-old man is accused of stealing a laptop computer from a car on May 8 in Harvester. Two days previously, he had been placed on probation for another theft case. Anthony James Cissi, 20, of the 3900 block of Cambridge Crossing in the Harvester area, was charged May 9 with misdemeanor stealing. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said he found Cissi walking and carrying a computer bag May 8 on Pecan Hill Drive near Cambridge Crossing. The spot was near 11 Mouser Drive, where the laptop had been stolen. Cissi pleaded guilty May 6 to another misdemeanor theft and was placed on two years probation. St. Charles County deputies responding to a call found a Harvester man near a burglarized home Monday with items stolen from the home. Jacob Shearer, 28, of the 4000 block of Cambridge Crossing Drive, was charged with second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said Shearer also left evidence behind in the home in the first block of Cambridge Crossing Court. He had taken $51.97 in change from the home, the deputy said. A Harvester area man is accused of burglarizing a St. Charles County home in October. Damarco A. Allah, 19, of the 1400 block of Park Ashwood Court in the Harvester area, was charged April 2 with second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said Allah entered a home in the first block of Fern Drive in St. Charles County Oct. 25 and stole an Xbox 360 game console. The deputy reported that Allah sold the gaming system for $20. Allah is being held in St. Charles County jail. Bail was set at $25,000. He had pleaded guilty July 9 to two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer, two counts of resisting arrest and one count of first-degree trespassing. A 16-year-old has been certified to stand trial as an adult after being accused of putting a gun to another person’s head during a marijuana deal and robbing them in St. Peters Feb. 25. Lawrence Fitzgerald III, 16, of the 1500 block of Dartmouth Drive in St. Charles, was charged March 19 with first-degree robbery and conspiracy to distributing marijuana. A St. Charles County deputy said Fitzgerald and Alayna Evans arrived at the person’s home as agreed upon to sell him marijuana Feb. 25 in the 500 block of Crown Passage Drive in St. Charles County, just south of St. Peters. A Harvester man is accused of receiving stolen property and theft, and may be charged with more crimes, according to a court document. Anthony Cissi, 19, of the 3900 block of Cambridge Crossing in the Harvester-area, was charged March 11 with stealing, a Class A misdemeanor. He also was charged March 8 with receiving stolen property, a class C felony. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department detective said Cissi stole a backpack Jan. 24 from a car on the street where he lives. The backpack contained a calculator and textbooks. A woman faces criminal charges after her friends robbed a person during a marijuana deal Monday. Alayna Evans, 18, of the 1200 block of Poseidon Court in St. Peters, was charged Tuesday with first-degree robbery and conspiracy to distribute marijuana. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department investigator said the victim contacted Evans about buying marijuana, and she set up a purchase in the 500 block of Crown Passage Drive in St. Peters. Evans drove three other people to the person’s home and the person got in the vehicle to make the transaction. Walker, 22, of the first block of Jill Marie Court near St. Peters, was charged Tuesday with first-degree trespassing and resisting arrest. A St. Charles County man assaulted his roommate after being asked to move out, according to a St. Charles County Sheriff’s report. Richard Menke, 51, of the 1400 block of Park Ashwood Court in the Harvester area, was charged Feb. 6 with third-degree domestic assault. A St. Charles County Sheriff's deputy reported that Menke became angry when his roommate asked him to move out. The deputy said Menke choked his roommate with his forearm and punched him several times in the face. Menke was being held in St. Charles County jail Monday. A Wright City man who disappeared along with a 16-year-old girl was charged Friday with second-degree statutory rape. The girl had been listed as an endangered juvenile. The two returned Jan. 23 when they ran out of money, according to a police report. St. Charles County Sheriff’s detectives said Benjamin Kinkade, 27, and the 16-year-old girl fled the state together Jan. 14 after her father dropped her off at work at Kentucky Fried Chicken in St. Peters. According to court documents, the Kinkade met the girl and the two went to Iowa and Nebraska. A St. Louis man was arrested in St. Peters charged after the St. Charles County Sheriff's Department found two stolen cell phones in the man's vehicle. Tyson Evans, 30, of the 6100 block of Arsenal Street in St. Louis, was arrested on Jan. 1 in the 200 block of Cedar Grove Drive in St. Peters. A St. Charles County Sheriff's Department Deputy found two stolen cell phones, a small bag of marijuana and a concealed firearm in the car. A rolled up marijuana cigarette was also found in the cup holder in the car's center console. Evans was charged with two misdemeanor counts.
