Grandpa Sexually Touched Granddaughter Over Four-Year Period, Police Say

Michael Herbert, 62, of Wisconsin, was charged Feb. 28 by the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office with first-degree statutory sodomy and first-degree child molestation.

A Wisconsin man is accused of sexually touching his granddaughter, who lives in St. Peters. Michael Herbert, 62, of Plover, WI, was charged Feb. 28 by the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office with first-degree statutory sodomy and first-degree child molestation. St. Peters Police said Herbert had sexually touched his granddaughter, who is 8 years old, over the past four years. A warrant has been issued for Herbert’s arrest. St. Peters Area Man Indicted on Sex Crimes with Young Girl

Police said the man had sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl three times in 2008.

A man was indicted Friday by a St. Charles County grand jury on three counts of statutory sodomy for having sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl. St. Charles Police said Thomas Louis Watkins, 30, of the 4100 block of Chisholm Trail in St. Charles County near St. Peters, had sexual contact with the girl on three occasions between February 2008 and November 2008. The contact occurred while he was watching a pornographic video in a St. Charles home. He is being held in St. Charles County jail on a $75,000, cash-only bond. Man Had Sexual Contact with 5-Year-Old, Police Say

The St. Charles County man had sexual contact with the girl in 2008, according to court documents.

A St. Charles County man faces criminal charges after police said he had sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl, according to court documents. Thomas Louis Watkins, 30, of the 4100 block of Chisholm Trail in St. Charles County just east of St. Peters, was charged Tuesday with three counts of first-degree statutory sodomy. St. Charles Police said Watkins was babysitting children for a family between February 2008 and November 2008 and had sexual contact with the girl on three occasions. Watkins admitted to police that he watched a pornographic video during the sexual contact. The father later discovered the pornographic DVD in his DVD player after the last incident, but he was not aware of the sexual contact, police said. The girl did not …

Man Accused of Sexually Trafficking a Minor Pleads to Lesser Charge

Police reported the man originally asked a woman to bring him a "12-year-old virgin" so he could have sex with her.

A man originally charged with sexual trafficking of a child under age 18 and other crimes pleaded guilty Oct. 4 to reduced charges of soliciting prostitution and drug possession. Mohammad Teimoortagh, was given a $300 fine for soliciting prostitution, a misdemeanor, and a $5,000 fine for possession of a controlled substance. On Sept. 28, a St. Charles County grand jury indicted Teimoortagh on charges of attempted sexual trafficking of a child under age 18, first-degree promoting prostitution, second-degree attempted statutory rape and possession of a controlled substance.
