A St. Louis County man sold cocaine three times to an undercover officer in St. Peters, according to a St. Charles County Drug Task Force report. Daniel Flores, 22, of the 10400 block of Boylston Court in Overland, was charged Monday with three counts of distributing a controlled substance. A Drug Task Force detective reported that Flores sold him cocaine on Feb. 22 and Feb. 29 at 3889 Mexico Road in St. Peters. On March 28, the detective arranged to have Flores sell him cocaine near Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital. When Flores arrived, a St. Peters police officer arrested him and found cocaine in his car, according to the report. A St. Charles County Drug Task Force investigation found a stash of drugs in the woman's floor vent several months after she sold meth to an undercover officer.
A O’Fallon woman was indicted by a St. Charles County grand jury Friday on eight drug charges. The woman, Lisa Ann Ray, 44, was indicted on two counts of distributing a controlled substance, five counts of possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug-related items. St. Charles County Drug Task Force detectives said Ray sold methamphetamine to an undercover officer June 7, 2012, at 281 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters. Detectives searched her home in the first block of Green Tree Lane in O’Fallon Sept. 11 and said they found several items hidden in a bag inside a floor vent. A man faces drug charges after St. Charles County Drug Task Force detectives said he sold heroin to an undercover officer in St. Peters. Officials said they found 67 heroin doses in the man’s car. Michael Watson Jr, 28, of the 100 block of East Desoto Avenue in St. Louis was charged Tuesday with selling a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Task Force detectives said Watson sold an undercover officer heroin Dec. 10 at 1220 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters. The officer then set up another heroin purchase Monday near 150 Salt Lick Road in St. Peters. However, a St. Charles County deputy arrested Watson when he showed up. A Wentzville woman was charged Tuesday with selling heroin to an undercover officer with the St. Charles County Drug Task Force. Task force detectives said Lindsay Arnold, 29, of the 2000 block of House Lane in Wentzville, met with an undercover officer at 7:42 p.m. Monday at 217 Salt Lick Road in St. Peters. Detectives said Arnold handed the officer a small plastic bag with heroin in exchange for $75. Shortly afterwards, St. Peters Police pulled Arnold over on a traffic stop and arrested her, recovering the $75 cash in Drug Task Force funds, according to the report. Bond was set at $10,000. A St. Peters couple was charged Tuesday with selling heroin to a St. Charles County Drug Task Force undercover officer. Kiante Ball, 22, of the 1300 block of Cave Springs Boulevard, was charged with three counts of selling heroin. Natasha Honore, 20, was charged with two counts of selling heroin, possession of controlled substances and resisting arrest. An undercover officer reported meeting with Ball on three occasions – June 27, June 28 and July 9 – to buy heroin. Honore twice drove Ball to the transactions. On June 27, the officer reported meeting with Ball and Honore at 170 Mid Rivers Mall Drive and paid $50 for six heroin doses. A St. Charles County Drug Task Force detective said he bought heroin from the man three times in less than two weeks.
A St. Charles County man was charged Tuesday with selling heroin to an undercover officer in St. Peters. Detectives from the St. Charles County Drug Task Force said Kyle Carr, 20, of the 800 block of Natchez Drive just south of St. Peters, sold heroin to an undercover officer three times: Bond was set at $50,000 cash only. A St. Peters man is being charged with selling heroin to an undercover officer. Joseph E. Bowman, 20, of St. Peters, sold the drug to an undercover officer on Dec. 7 at Mid Rivers 14 Cine Wehrenberg Theater and Dec. 8 at the QuikTrip at 3889 Mexico Road in St. Peters, according to a St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department report. He was arrested April 11. Bowman has previous arrests for burglary, theft and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $20,000. He still was in custody on Monday.
