Juris Doctor & Master's in Journalism -- MIZZOU

Husband/Father/Brother -- I have a beautiful wife who decided to date a guy from the lower leagues circa 1990; Daughter (14), son (6 1/2); and three brothers (17, 21, & 32).

Judge -- During my time as a municipal judge and Chair of St. Louis Association of REALTORS Arbitration Committee (judicial body), I have overseen and decided many disputes.  The role of decision maker is a humbling experience and I have never taken it lightly.

Educator -- Teaching is a passion and I have taught for the University of Missouri for eleven years -- Communications Law, New Products Marketing, Basic Marketing, Management of Promotion, Consumer Behavior, Graduate Marketing.

Legal Experience -- Municipal Judge, Missouri Attorney General's office, Missouri Western District Court of Appeals, United States Senate, private practice, and General Counsel for one of St Charles' largest employers.

Realtor -- I'm 39 now, but I've been a licensed REALTOR® since the age of 18 and my family has been in real estate since the mid 1960's when my Grandfather -- Calvin Carter -- sold homes with Armbruster Real Estate.  Later my father, Mike Carter (Past-President of the St. Louis Board of REALTORS®), established several brokerages and we have helped tens of thousands of people get into their homes throughout St. Charles County and the St. Louis metropolitan area.

UPS package driver -- Driving for UPS during law school was good hard (rewarding) work.
