Police Blotter: Subject Caught Throwing Large Amount of Marijuana Out of Car During Traffic Stop

Drug Offense
 

  • A St. Peters Police Officer was conducting radar at Highway 370 and Spencer Road when the officer stopped a vehicle for speeding. While the vehicle was slowing down, the officer witnessed a large object being thrown from the vehicle. Upon further inspection, the item thrown was a large amount of what appeared to be marijuana.  Subject was arrested and charges are pending. 
Burglary
  • An unknown person unlawfully entered a business in the 1100 block of Jungs Station Road overnight and stole music equipment and electronics.  There were no signs of forced entry.  Case has been forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Bureau for further investigation.
