Michael Anthony Glatz, 18, of St. Peters, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary and felony theft. St. Peters Police said Glatz broke into his stepfather's home, stole jewelry, damaged a video surveillance system and ran through a wooden, picket fence to get away.
