In case you missed them, here were some of the top headlines from the St. Peters Patch from the last few days.
O'Fallon Men Charged in Murder of Zumwalt South Student- Two O'Fallon men have been charged with second-degree murder when a Fort Zumwalt South High School student died after a drug deal went bad. A press release from St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announced today that Second Degree Murder charges were filed against Kevin L. Labriado, Jr. and Robert J. Bathe, both of O’Fallon.
- A recent Missouri Supreme Court decision means that buses rolling into Francis Howell School District on August 8 won't be just Francis Howell buses. Some of those buses will be from Normandy School District in St. Louis County.
- After weeks of being closed because of flooding, 370 Lakeside Park is once again open. The city re-opened the park on Friday after the threat of flooding dissipated.
- Some St. Louis area Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants are reportedly closing this week. Qdoba made the announcement on its St. Louis Facebook page Tuesday. The St. Peters store was one of the locations on the chopping block.
